VTT successfully granulated a mixture of plastic waste

An important milestone was recently achieved in our ELECTRO EU Project!

VTT successfully granulated a mixture of plastic waste (originally destined for landfill) into granules using their MODIX® extruder.
These granules will be further processed by Pryme to produce pyrolysis oil.

The plastic waste samples are provided by Ghent University Global Campus and by Borealis (via Project STOP)
